Hotels in Pekalongan

Stay here for a night with my family. Comfort Room & Quiet hotel, make our rest well. Quite various breakfast, if compare to its price.

The hotel and its rooms are standard, but the foods are delicious and still affordable (in-room dining). The hotel staff are friendly; We even got a recommendation for a good daster-batik shop from one of the front officers.

Meals : Standard (tried only for the breakfast) Plus points: 1. All staffs were kind, really everyone was kind and diligent (especially the room service) and well responded upon emergency (later in details) 2. Location was great, easy to commute around and next to transmart. Minus points: The rooms were not quite good. Why rooms? because the first room had loud noise leaking AC. Called out the receptionists and the maintenance team responded swiftly to attend the issue. Got fixed initially but later when we came back, it reappeared and worst, happened in 9 pm. We called the receptionist and requesting a new room, which is next door. Granted, the new room was clean and the ac unit looks a later model. New issue was the washroom's floor, the water lodged on the floor all the time. We concerned the washroom's wall, a partition glass although not a clear one but the silhouette of the washroom's users could be seen from the bed. We brought our kids and you may imagine how awkward it was. In general, not recommended for family. One more, the swimming pool's water quality was horrible, my eyes could not withstand for 2 seconds underwater. The changing room was creepy though.

Enak buat staycation + business trip. Recommended. Food 10/10. Room 10/10. Service 10/10. Access 10/10

overall okay good, I've been booked 2 rooms with different experience : 1. clean bedroom but messy bathroom (wastafel was leak and the water fill the floor everytime we use the wastafel) 2. clean bathroom but smelly bedroom (I dont know like smell of smoke) 3. the staff was good and helpfull

reception ask extra money because they said traveloka rate lower than theirs. extra 45k and they give me standard room (we book deluxe room)
