Very strategic location near the square and turtle bay. The rooms are very comfortable. The main thing is the complete room facilities. Super recommended.

The hotel staff is very friendly, everyone is quick to respond.., the security guard is also great. I initially thought it was a small hotel, because the price was very affordable. But it turns out the hotel is that proper. Nice, clean rooms, fragrant towels. I've stayed at 3 different hotels in the area. And I think Azana is the best. The breakfast is also the best compared to the previous hotel I've been to (even though the previous hotel's room rate was more expensive).. Overall Azana is really good. Hopefully it can maintain it. Next time I go there again, God willing, I'll stay at Azana again.

Very pleasant experience to stay one night here with family. Everything is good. Cleanliness, ambience, staff also very polite and helpful. Overall experience is really great. Definitely will come again if got chance to visit Cilacap City.

Choose the best room in this hotel, cheap price but much better quality than the room class below, we stayed in VIP family, 1 double bed & 1 single bed, AC, toiletteries, sandals, mini fridge, local TV, everything works well, clean, comfortable, quiet, and one more thing is there is fried rice for breakfast delivered to the room for 3 people, we checked out in the morning at 7, breakfast was delivered at 6.30, amazing so we had time to have breakfast before traveling, no regrets choosing to transit at Permata Hotel.

The staff are friendly, especially the restaurant staff when ordering dinner at the restaurant. The food tastes delicious. Breakfast has a wide variety of menus & is delicious. The room is comfortable, clean, cold AC, hot water works, there is a hair dryer, complete amenities (bar soap, shower cap, cotton buds, sanitary bag, toothpaste, toothbrush). Suggestion, if possible, give two room keys, so if you are not alone, who goes down to the lobby can go back up to the upper floor (the elevator uses an access card to the 1st floor and so on)

Clean and spacious rooms. If I ever return to Cilacap, I'll definitely stay here again. The service is friendly and excellent. Best of luck to Dafam Hotel Cilacap.
