Hotels in Tanjung Pinang

Mosquitoes, air con not so strong, no mini fridge and kettle.

This is not good experience stay in Aston Tanjung Pinang, I stay there because i have to attend funeral.. When i come to the room the AC is not cold, i complaint for the AC but the staff not coming until more than 1 hours because we are tired so we not follow up again..there is lipstick on the glass,the bed sheet is dirty my body itchy, a lot of dust in mini bar, the carpet is dirty.. I booked Aston because i know the facilities is excellent and i dont mind if the price little bit expensive but what i got a Zonk & worst

Cleanliness is bad and the breakfast is tasteless and less variety.

Kemaren dapat kamar yang kurang safe aja karena pengunci pintunya rusak, selain itu oke semua.

No lift. Aircon not cold. Handicap not recommended.

This is my second time staying in the same hotel however I can't sleep at all. Because the room isn't soundproof at all, the sound of vehicle, motorbike, people shouting.

Good location in the city and friendly staff
