A very perfect hotel, and very worthy for this price, but the facilities and services provided are 5 stars, don't hesitate and don't think twice, rather than trying other hotels that are slightly above this price or the same.

Zest Hotel Harbour Bay offers a very convenient stay, especially with its close proximity to the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, just a short walk away. The location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of amenities, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. It’s also easy to book any ride-hailing app as the hotel is located in a well-known area, making travel around the city smooth and hassle-free. The rooms are thoughtfully designed for travellers who spend most of their time out exploring, providing just what’s needed for a comfortable shower and a good rest. Simple, clean, and functional; exactly what you’d expect for a short and pleasant stay. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, from the front office to security, housekeeping, and the restaurant team. Their warm service adds a welcoming touch and makes the overall stay even more enjoyable.

The best hotel room we've ever booked. Everything was spotless, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the hot water was flowing, the food was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of Batam city. Thankfully, we got a great deal on a weekday, only around IDR 400,000.

Perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street and 10 minutes to the beach. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, yet the hotel still felt tucked away enough to be peaceful at night.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, responsive, woken up at dawn, escorted to the airport, lent a mukena, comfortable even though alone, the sheets are also clean, for that price it's really good, exceeds expectations 👍 there is a hair dryer, next to it there is an express laundry, across from Indomart, lots of food, highly recommended, close to the airport 👍👍, it just takes time to go to the city center
