Cheap rooms, comfortable, near 7-11, counter staff, very good service.

The place was nice and clean with comfy bed but the room itself wasn't sound proof that we could hear people talking and baby crying at the hallway. Moreover, without car it's quite expensive to call grab every time you need to go out but fair enough because grab service in chiangmai is fast and easier to book compared to Bangkok.

All things were great and nice location for rest and retreat. Waiting to visit again.

The condition is very old, the water heater is broken, almost no people, but the service staff are ok.

Not worth the price paid No breakfast, only coffee. Ovaltine ​ in the room, there is only one trash can in the bathroom. The room that I get is a deluxe room because add another 200 baht and pay 1100 baht in total.
