Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and the staff made all the difference. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed at check-in, and every team member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was providing local tips, helping with luggage, or arranging transportation, the staff were always proactive, friendly, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to experience such consistent hospitality throughout an entire stay—even the check-out process was smooth and thoughtful. This level of service truly made me feel at home and taken care of. I can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return on my next visit. Thank you to the amazing team for making my trip so memorable!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I came earlier than usual check-in time and the receptionist solved (it) flexibly to let me check in sooner.

Imperial Hotel Vũng Tàyou exceeded all my expectations—from the stunning architecture to the exceptional level of service, everything was truly top-notch. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about my experience, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a breathtaking view—I felt like I was living in a dream. This is hands down one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in Vietnam—thank you, Imperial Vũng Tàyou, for making my stay so memorable.

A very nice and beautiful resort which in my dream bucket list, but unfortunately our whole room was flooded. Without getting any inform by the resort, they already moved our luggage from floor to bed. No sincere apologies and changed room immediately. After called and requested only able to change room with slow service. We booked 2 rooms, another room lazy to change after I requested, as it was late and they are tired to repack stuffs. A bit disappointed, no relax & it's tired, wasted!
