Good service, food, and location

I stayed here for 3 nights. All good except the cleaning. The room was not cleaned, especially the floor. They might replace amenities only.

I am asking for the refund, i am not in the hotel

Good stay, the staff was kind and polite. They helped me book a limousine to Da Lat.

Work light, night light, and bathroom wash light not working. Almost not working for a long time so the cloth covering the light bulb is not clean. I appreciated the friendliness of the receptionist.

The hotel locates very near the beach and in a quiet alley. The room is clean and nice. Staff are also friendly. Perfect if the light outside on each floor is better.

For some reason I was assigned a room next to the cleaners' area. I could smell salted fish aroma from next door. Fortunately upon check out, staff was friendly enough to remind me of items left behind.
