Circle on Cavill - WOWSTAY

Had such a great family stay. Great location close to the shops, beach and bars & restaurants. Very smooth check in and check out. Great gym and kids loved the games room and indoor/outdoor pools.

Really enjoyed our stay, such a great location. We had 3 families with kids, each with their own apartment and been walking distance to the beach and so many food options was super handy. Not to mention all the things to do as well! The rooms were really clean and modern, they were super accomodating when we needed to extend an extra night and I found the check in and check out process super easy. Thanks guys!

The lifts are an absolute joke, the fact that you cannot go between levels considering we were 3 families all placed on different levels. No pool towels, no spa, The carpet was filthy, Will not be staying here again, spent more time waiting for the lift than enjoying the gold coast

Location was fantastic, perfect if using public transport. Apartment was just like described & looked in photos. Great views & value for money. Great for our family of four. The only criticism I have is the pillows are average but over all fab. Will definitely rebook!

We had a wonderful stay with Wow Stay at Circle on Cavill. The location is great, with the tram stop and supermarket just minutes away, along with a fantastic selection of restaurants, cafés, pubs and clubs. We enjoyed the ocean views from our apartment, and the panoramic views from residents' lounge on the 55th floor was spectacular. The facilities were excellent. We travelled with two 18-year-olds who loved the swimming pools, with two outdoor pools and one indoor pool to choose from. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Most importantly, the team at Wow Stay was outstanding. They were easy to contact, responsive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their service made our holiday even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Wow Stay at Circle on Cavill.

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time here the room was perfect and very spacious and value for money was excellent the hotel has amazing facilities plenty to keep the kids happy will be back again 10/10 😊

We loved everything about our room. The only thing that was abit of a bummer was one of the two keys didn't open our door. Other than that great room.

We had a lovely stay, nice apartment but definitely tired. A lot of issues with stuff around the apartment failing or falling apart. The sliding door to the deck actually kept locking itself so if it wasn't for another sliding door to one of the bedrooms off the deck, we would have been locked on the deck! The inside door handle to the apartment itself fell off and we ended up being locked inside. Maintenance did end up coming up very quickly and sorted it out. Very close to all amenities!!! I would definitely stay again though!

This property is in a great location and facilities were great. I was on the 22nd floor and it was very noisy on the Friday and Saturday night, the blinds also let a lot of light in the room. I did have to wear a sleeping mask & ear plugs. The apartment was quite dirty. The carpets were very dirty not stained but needed a good vacuum. There was someone else’s underwear. Left in the bedside draws and the bed in the 2nd bedroom was up against the wardrobe so the wardrobes could not be opened. There was also crumbs on the outdoor table and the deck was very dirty.

Amazing stay with an amazing view. Everything is convenient with shops and eateries too. Great facilities and seamless check in process. Communication was great too and made our stay hassle free. Highly recommend!

Great property and location, but lots of issues. Firstly, the check in is extremely complicated, despite their "videos." Secondly, they provided two rolls of toilet paper for three people over four days (?!?!?). Thirdly, to connect to wi-fi, you need wi-fi, which makes no sense. Fourthly, - "extra" towels cost $3 (not expensive, but it is it the principle). They "allow" you to pay $50 to avoid the $250 refundable deposit, but the $50 is not refundable. Lastly, The fixtures are dilapidated, the kitchen is not great, and the AC only works is either the bedrooms, or the living area. I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 because of the location, which is awesome. It is next to a grocery store and all other types of stores and restaurants, and the pool area was great. All told, though, this place bills itself as high-class, and it is not. Overall, I would say avoid it.
