Incredible views to the hinterland . Fantastic property in the heat of surfers. With Cavil ave and trams 2min from property.
Excellent spacious gym and beautiful pool area.
We had a small hiccup with checkin in but Sarah and the team worked promptly to rectify everything. Everything was resolved quickly. We were settled in in no time and we had a fantastic stay.

Highly recommend. Will stay again. This was our second stay at this place.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, with huge television and amazing views from the bedroom and balcony. Wow Stays' communication has been excellent, making pre-check-in, check-in and check-out a breeze. The staff at the reception, based in the South Tower, were also helpful answering the questions I had. Having access to a communal swimming pool, sauna, gym, arcade and theatre room were a bonus. The property does have some signs of wear 'n' tear, but nothing that spoiled my enjoyment. There are plenty of dining options in the vacinity, whilst having easy access to two large grocery stores nearby means those on a budget may prefer to cook in the apartment's fully-equipped kitchen instead. Location-wise, there is a G: Link tram stop at the eastern-end of the block. The beach is around 6-8 minute walk, not far at all. Would I stay at Circle on Cavill again? Absolutely!

We absolutely loved staying here. The views were stunning on both sides of our apartment. The location was spot on with a supermarket right below us, many food options and the main Surfers strip within a 2min walk. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff gave us the wrong keys and incorrect hotel. We had to unpack , then repack then drive back to original hotel and unpack again. We did get a voucher for the inconvenience but it was very disappointing

The mattress is the main bedroom was terrible, it was dipping so much had to sleep on the floor.

nothing could beat the view- ocean on one side and nerang river on the other. good communication. it was weird that key collection was at the side of woolies. they also scrimped on some amenities like towel, toilet paper, tissue which somehow took away from what would have been a 5 star property.

Negatives:
Our room had a stuffy smell upon arrival and didn't smell the freshest. Carpet old and in need of replacement. Toilet bowl was also quite dirty and looked like it wasn't regularly cleaned.
Positives:
The lifts in the building are super fast compared to other apartment hotels. It took us what felt like 3-4 seconds to go up/down in the lift from our room on the 25th floor to the lobby (ground floor). Staff were helpful when I called for assistance. Central location is the best part of this accommodation.

The property wasn't really clean. we found some nails on the floor. The lift was annoying and each time to get to apartment we had to wait for 10 to 15 min. The check-in and check-out process was very complicated although the emailed and messaged about the process a few hours before.
The location however was great it was very handy to all the shops, beach and lots of activities.

Check in and check out was simple. Parking was easy. Unfortunately, the room and decor is dated. The windows were so dirty it really affected enjoying the view and overall ambience of the room. The washing machine was convenient but as I went to use it, the inside seal was absolutely covered in black mould and remnants of the previous guests washing powder was inside - pretty gross!! The pools are all super dated and the pool areas/sun beds look and feel dirty. Location was convenient for attractions and walking around but otherwise wouldn’t stay again and was sad to have spent the money here unfortunately!
