Breakfast included was disappointing

It was ok I would recommend that the shower curtain are replaced as they had spots of black mold on them And the carpet underneath the the steps to the top bunk also had mold on the carpet

No air con in first room. Got moved into the next door room, air con worked but room was very tired. Don’t look at the carpet, there’s a million stories in there. Toilet door busted and held together with a zip tie! In saying that, bed was comfy, bedding was clean (I checked after reading other comments), the hotel is in a great location and I was there for one night. Good cafe downstairs on the corner, woolies, bws & good choice of restaurants nearby.

The pillow was terrible. It had absolutely no volume at all. The room was clean and tidy but they need a revamp. It was fine for the 2 nights we were there.

First room we were given smelled, carpet was wet. AC was turned off on mains. When we turned it on it started dripping water onto the already wet carpet hence the smell in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful and moved us to a different room. Second room hadn't been cleaned yet, so we got moved again to a third room which was good.

Did not expect a bathroom and shower in the middle of the room separated from the bed by just a shower curtain! There’s budget and then there’s ridiculous!

Very central to go to events but very old facilities

When checked into my room there was no power. I returned to the front desk and staff advised an electrician had been during the day & it should be OK. I then left for my night out and on return still no power. I could not make coffee, charge my phone or watch tv. Staff cheched the power and said it was OK. Still nothing. Extremely over priced for such a below average hotel. They jacked up the price because there was a concert on.

Room is tiny, old, and wet areas which are not separated from main room have a musty smell. Window blind was broken and I had to 'fix' it to close it at night, initial allocation of two razor thin pillows was inadequate and I observed two nearby guests whose kettles didn't work and tripped out the power. Staff were helpful and friendly, but very busy and clearly tired. Location is of course good, but in all, it felt overpriced for what it is. Unlikely to book here again.

The hotel itself gets the job done as a “budget” option and convenient for its proximity to Accor and Qudos Bank arena. However, the price was still quite hefty which I assume was because of an event on that night which is where the problem lies, don’t advertise as a budget option if you will raise your prices so highly..? There was also dirty towels in my room unfortunately and staff gave me the wrong key initially after check in.

Room was so run down and dirty. Bed sheets were ok but the bed frame with bunk was gross and had dried blood on it and filth, snobs rubbed on walls and the bed wasn’t made up for top bunk. Carpet was dirty and dus, the room smelt bad and I had to ask cleaner to spray it. Reception stinks aswell, need to focus on a deep clean. might be ibis budget but u expect a clean room and hotel. I had a bag stollen from outside of room and asked staff to check cameras and still haven’t. Do not book if you attended a concert as you have to que a very long line wrapping around the building as there are no stairs to use only 2 small very slow lifts. Should be staff at lift directing lifts to certain floors to speed up the wait instead of having to stop at every floor. So not recommend

Dirty.

Their was mould on the roof of the room near the door, the aircon looked like it held legionaires in it and we didnt have enough bedding for the number of beds, It was also ridiculously overpriced for the shoebox we were in.

When I booked via Wotif, it said parking included. Apparently it wasn’t? This needs to be more clear in the inclusions. The wording is ambiguous. You overcharge when people are desperately trying to get accommodation and parking. The room was average. Poor condition.

rooms air conditioner was noisy and uncomfortable to get a good nights sleep. I booked both rooms ( us and daughter) and they were different and not as the pic on your web page. Tired old rooms.

Affordable. Clean . Great location

Desk/table was dirty. Linen and bathroom were clean. Quiet enough. Asked to borrow an iron to iron a business shirt and was directed to the communal laundry which had 1 broken K-Mart iron. Pretty unsatisfactory to not have one working iron in an entire hotel.

Not being from Sydney I did find it hard to find the motel. I rang the motel 2 times, 2 days later they have not returned my call. When I did find the motel the staff was more interested in talking to each other than asking me what I wanted. Breakfast was a great disappointment to say the least, Toast with vegemite, peanut Buter, raspberry jam or strawberry jam. Pancakes that I am still waiting for the machine to work. I did ask the girl on duty if I had paid for the next day and she said I will check, I finished my so called brecy and had to ring the bell 3 times and she asked me what I wanted? Give me a break I know I must be county hick but I will not be returning. PS dont get me stared on the parking.

Was happy with the service. Staff were friendly and room was clean.
