The room smelt like it had not been cleaned, it smelt of sweat mixed with lynx deodorant. Air con did not work, We ended up leaving and staying down the road for an extra $150 which was very nice. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here. I understand it is a budget motel but this room was gross…I Will say staff were lovely, hence the 1 star

Neglected and not clean. Carpets were not vacuumed upon arrival, sink not clean, toilet seat broken, tv not working, check in on arrival had to wait 20mins for unattended desk. No room to put luggage or toiletries. Not worth $650 felt like being at a backpachers lodge/hestel

No one at reception for check-in, waited up to 20mins. Room neglected, dirty not clean, broken sink tap, tvv not working. Bad service

Attended a concert at Qudos, checked in, parked in P1 and then walked back afterwards and the process couldn’t have been easier. The room was tidy, functional and fit for purpose. Didn’t hear many other guests through the walls aside from the occasional door slam. Would stay again

Dirty everwhere from the squashed mozzie on the toilet wall; the long hair in the shower cubicle; the towels smudged with black marks and the water bottle left wedged between the wall and the rop bunk bed mattress. We also reported that the light didn’t work in the toilet 3 times fo staff, but it was never replaced, so we had to use the toilet utilising the torch from our phones.

Air conditioner not working but was fixed by staff. Room was filthy. Sheets and blankets had yellow staining. Large amounts of dust and dirt in corners of room, under the bed. Walls were filthy. Hair on bed. The corridors were dirty around corners and vending machines. Would have been a long time in between cleaning. Overall for $300 a night it was disgusting.

Staff courteous ,/ location convenient , pillows need throwing out and replacing as hardly had fillingbin them and old. rolled a towel for a pillow to use, tracking on shower curtain needed fixing as all coming off / was just hanging in there to use , tea coffee condiments needed replenishing as hardly any in there

The bed was unstable, I rolled over & the bed topped up & I fell out. I hurt my shoulder inside table, hit my head on the desk also broke a nail. Told reception when checking out more concerned with the bed not my injuries.

I tried to cancel due to circumstances beyond my control. no refund. Rude staff on phone. Sometimes things happen. Compassion is not hard.

The staff were so good. They were juggling so many balls. We went to the School Spectacular. Stayed with IbIs. It was packed with visitors and performers. I will stay again because of them. The room was clean, the shower was hot and the aircon worked. The icing on the cake is the staff. Well done. I look forward to visiting again.

The room was dirty, the floors in the room and outside need a serious clean, the matresses were too small for the bed, the amount of dust on the beds and on the air conditioner are a health hazard.. the hallway floors dont look like they have been cleaned in years. The toilet was not even flushed when we arrived. I wish i took photos to show everyone. The staff were not easily approachable, i paid way too much too stay here, the amount i paid was not budget at 400 a night.. absolutely disgusting and pathetic. I had no choice but to stay as there was nowhere else available. A full refund would be nice!

The bathroom in the room was so small my husband could barely fit in the shower and the toilet

Extreme price (paid >$800 for 1 night) for a tiny room that the shower door wouldn’t close and is basically straight off to the side if the bed. Basically extortion because of a concert in the area.

The air con was extremely loud. We opened it and saw it seems it’s never been cleaned and likely not serviced. Lowest fan mode was so loud. We couldn’t increase fan mode due to extra loudness. We asked to change rooms but the hotel was booked and the manager wasn’t there. We had to either sleep in a hot room with no ventilation and no open window or sleep with the air con on with loud noise. Either way, we weren’t going to get much sleep. We ended up only having a few hours sleep and we were exhausted. It was so humid and we couldn’t drive back late home to Wollongong otherwise we would have just left. There was also one pillow each which was very flat. Toilet roll holder was broken. Noise travels so loud through the hotel floor and kept us up as well. The sheet on the bed was broken, stained and quilt didn’t fit in the quilt cover. It was much smaller. After speaking with someone on the hotels.com app they tried contacting the hotel numerous times with no answer. They emailed them requesting a refund for us. Awaiting response.

Room was pretty average for the amount of money it cost. No extra pillows.Room was very compact. Not much room to move around for the money you pay. Price should not affect the price if there is something special on. Nearly 4 times as much as a normal Friday night .Because AC/DC were on.Should not be allowed.

Only stayed here because everywhere else in area booked out. Very stinky drain outside shower area in room. I poured 10 or so kettles full of water down it, and this eliminated the odour after some time. Stale, horrible smell.... Carpets were filthy, mould in sink around drain, and in shower. Only stay in you really need to....
