Staff not friendly, room was average bathroom is tiny and looks like a portaloo toilet runs for 10 minutes after flushing beds smell and are lumpy not comfortable, coffee cups supplied needed to be washed before use, we took the stairs as the lift sounds like it’s going to break down and the mini fridge in the room was old and had broken shelves. The whole place needs to be renovated not worth $194 per night budget places are better

Parking was safe and easy but we needed to pay for parking Convenient location

breakfast was terrible. mushroom was raw. not enough food in a buffet setting.

Had to change rooms after check in. The smell of the room was unbearable and there was dried blood in the bathroom. The staff we very accommodating and polite.

Good location close to shops and water front restaurants . Hotel in a bit tired and basic

Food/liquid splatter on walls Brown sticky liquid in rubbish bin Food splatters on fridge. Room stunk and so did the hallway as soon as you get out of the lift. I paid way more than it was worth. Will not be staying again. Very dissatisfied. Not to mention the uncomfortable beds and ammount of dust. I work in cleaning and have past hotel experience, love to know who trains these people, not to mention our room was never serviced whole stay even after speaking to cleaner.

I walked into the premises and questioned whether this was a half way house given the seedy looking people hanging in and around reception and lack of teeth… the room was a disgrace and had clear water damage as all ‘timber’ looking features were swollen flaking chip board, bubbles in the paint work and the paper thin pillows left a bad taste in my mouth and this was after they charged me $25 for parking for one night - I have stayed in cheaper places that were 1000 times better than this place! I will never ever recommend this place!

The staff were really excellent and did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable.

Certainly not clean. Dirty carpet and dirty bedsheets in the first room - they transferred me to another room which was not a great improvement.

The breakfast was amazing but the rest of stay average . I had to ask for a pillow as the one provided was so flat it was many years old . Room locked us out - key wouldn’t work . No bath mats or even bin liners. For the price not good value for money . Pot plant soil all over the floor in the main entry close to the kitchen . Leaves everywhere outside. Run down and dirty.
