Overall, we had a comfortable stay. It would have been nice to open an outside window to get fresh air ((Room 117)

Cleanliness & Breakfast are the best👍

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Room was comfortable and we had adjoining rooms with our friends as requested. Great location for the Greengate Hotel where we were attending a function. The added bonus of having breakfast included was welcome. Breakfast had everything you could possibly want. The morning staff didn't greet anyone sitting down for breakfast nor were we asked our room numbers. Although the restaurant was a lovely room our dinner was disappointing. I sent back two of our four meals. We ordered two Wagyu steaks which were like leather. I spoke to the chef and he offered to replace our two meals with another choice. I specified a small amount of chili on my pasta but it was still too hot. Our other two meals of chicken schnitzel were overcooked. This needs to improve. Overall I'd stay again but not eat at the restaurant.

We had to dash for a dance competition for my Granddaughter when the breakfast was ready, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I made bacon and egg toasted sandwiches and a coffee to take away yummy!! Customer service plus.

Fabulous place to stay as we’ve stayed there before only problem is there’s a lot of stairs I think maybe they should install a lift

Buffet breakfast has different choices & hot foods kept warm.& there are cereals to choose from. Under cover parking available also. I always choose Killara Hotel and Suites for my stay

Breakfast was excellent, parking was ample. The room while been as described, clean and had all amenities, it was showing it’s age and there was no way to figure out what tv channels showed what.

Hotel was great. We had to leave early morning due to sporting commitments and we asked for a continental breakfast to be supplied. Front desk said that was ok but nothing was left for us in the morning.

Great having breakfast included, comfortable roomy and quite rooms, friendly staff, good area, look forward to staying here again.

We arrived and were checked in by a lovely young man who also worked in the restaurant. Fast check-in, easy parking and free with the room. The room was larger than expected, king size bed which looked huge. The pillows were about too flat but other than that can't complain about the bed. The bathroom was lovely and the shower had really good pressure and really hot. Breakfast was included and was quite yummy. Lots and lots of choices. Will be back.

Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable king size beds and pleasant linen, airconditioner, fullfilling complementary buffet breakfast, friendly responsive staff.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of Killara Hotel and Suites, Sydney. One very pleasant aspect was the breakfast, which was always delicious. The staff, in particular, Kali, Pat and Sally were very helpful too. We will definitely be staying here again.

The lobby and restaurant were nice. The room a little dated. That said, great for one evening. Staff was very friendly and pleasant.
