Terrible Place to stay.Very noisy air conditioning was hot and stuffy in the rooms.The whole building smelled horrible.Looked like they done next to no maintenance marks all over the walls,windows where dirty air conditioner the walls and surfaces dust everywhere that was old and very thick.Toilet seat was broken and hanging off.Half a toilet roll in the toilet.Beds where lumpy and caused partner disturbance.Tiny outdated TVs with no modern connections no apple play no screen mirror casting had a google Chromecast that didn't even work.There free wifi was unsecure had no password anyone could join it..If I listed all the problems with the rooms It would be a long list I had to force my self to try not see more problems everywhere I looked I was shocked on how poor the rooms where .At the prices per night and what you got was well a complete rip off.Had problems with multiple rooms had to move 3 times and still every one of those rooms the same problem,so don't think getting the best room will get you a better stay and better quality .The staff where un trained and un professional and had poor communication skills.As for location your right next to a carpark and other shopping building etc.A lot off traffic coming and going and outside it smelled like a toilet no wonder the inside of the building actually smelled like poo I can't imagine how bad it would smell on hotter days.I wish I had taken photos to upload here to show how bad the rooms where.This is an honest true review

Clean room. Needed to give first names to confirm 2 rooms booked even though rooms are in the same surname. Basic fridge with little in it. Bar closed early. Not worthy of the rating provided on the booking site

Good hotel but overpriced. My room was dark and with a great view of the cars coming out of the parking garage next door, but I paid a premium price for it.

Room was clean it was beautiful room

Room was not clean. Linen was dirty and no water provided for drinking.

Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Pillows were very, very soft. Needed a 2nd pillow. Shower was nice. Bedside lamp didnt work.

The hotel room was ok, but sub par for nearly $300. We specifically booked for the EV charging, when we arrived we could see the stations were not being used but the hotel had allowed non EV/non charging cars to park there. This meant a knock on impact to our trip. Understand if they were taken by other EV’s but they weren’t. Assume it was because the hotel wanted the income from parking instead? Would not stay there again. Staff at check were nice but disappointing the approach to EV when the network is already quite new and scarce

Parking before check-in can difficult and not user friendly.

Great location supported by attentive staff. Always clean and fresh. Additional ammenities such as gym and kids retreat greatly welcomed.

Great stay, clean rooms & friendly staff.

The hotel is modern. The staff are helpful. The gym and pool table make staying here even better. The in-room microwave is a nice addition. The shower and bed are really good. The views range from ok to good. But (there’s always a but) the rooms are noisy due to a whining airconditioner (an issue in rooms 510 and 805); a nearby nightclub can be heard well into Friday night; noise from the street travels. I had to use earplugs. One of the lifts broke on my first day there and remained broken throughout my stay. The air conditioning in my room broke second night but the staff acted quickly to find me a new room. The gym is small but practical - but the TV is broken. The treadmill is great but the fan and display button are broken. Room service carefully and professionally refitted my bedding which had a splodge of chocolate on it (my doing) and they didn’t resupply milk. The provided shampoo is called ‘hair wash’ - which is absolutely fine - but WHY lol. I might have been unlucky with a few things - and some are minor things - but I do wonder if the owners/managers are perhaps not looking after this wonderful asset. They could check the airconditioner noise of rooms 510 and 805 and see if this is replicated in other rooms - a good night’s sleep is a prerequisite of any hotel.

Staff helped us out with our pet friendly booking. Expedia allowed us to book but apparently the hotel needed to confirm it. Despite this the staff helped out. Bed was good. Carpet in bedroom was ordinary. Location great, close to the river and to the restaurants. Overall had a lovely stay.

Great Stay. Super impressed that pets are welcomed. Room was very clean, great big clear windows to see out and enjoy the city. Food (and the service) at the restaurant was exceptional. Overall we loved it.

Having a room on the north side meant I heard the reverberating thump thump thud of the bass from the nearby nightclub until probably 3am? As well as the cars going up and down the multi level carpark outside my window. Had a terrible sleep and had to drive to Canberra the next day. No-one visible at the desk at midnight.

The room was clean and a very good size. The staff were approachable and friendly. A good location and good facilities.
