Simply amazing. Staff are all amazing and available. A special thanks to Rebecca, who kept our room so nice during our three-night stay. Clean room. Clean venue. Fairly dirty room. A si gel sheet covered the mattress and it was an old hard mattress. The door to the outside area was only secured with a flimsy slide bolt that seemed to be made from aluminium. There were a few small cockroaches under the kettle base. The shower was a positive except they when you opened the shower door the shower head was actually above the shower head and the door opened to the shower head side as you could only open it inwards. Old decor inside and external needs a good wash and weed control. So not a good rating and would not stay again. Expensive for the quality of the space. As a result did not eat at the restaurant.

I like it because it’s very convenience ,close to top ryde also west ryde,and the property is not modern ,but nice to enjoy and the bed so comfy and specious, the people that work very friendly

Helpfull girl at check-in who shuffled things around and got me a ground floor room. Room was super clean, but quirky, with a mixture of modern and dated facilities. Main negative was the pool. Very very very sadly lacking in matainance. There was a scum buildup around the top of the pool and the surrounds had not seen a Gardiner for weeks. The weeds and dandelions were 30 cm high. The other negative to me was the strange smell in reception which drifted down the corridors at times. I think it was from the multicultural staff cooking in rooms behind reception, but I may be way off there. Overall a pleasant stay.
