Ryde Inn

Helpfull girl at check-in who shuffled things around and got me a ground floor room. Room was super clean, but quirky, with a mixture of modern and dated facilities. Main negative was the pool. Very very very sadly lacking in matainance. There was a scum buildup around the top of the pool and the surrounds had not seen a Gardiner for weeks. The weeds and dandelions were 30 cm high. The other negative to me was the strange smell in reception which drifted down the corridors at times. I think it was from the multicultural staff cooking in rooms behind reception, but I may be way off there. Overall a pleasant stay.

The room was clean, the staff were excellent, I had the evening meal in the dining room, and that was great. There was not much noise considering the main road nearby.

good parking no height restrictions, close to shopping centre and accor stadium, perfect for any concert.

Room service dinner arrived without cutlery , some of the lights did not work . I prepaid breakfast and was invited at check-in to come to breakfast the next morning . I entered the buffet breakfast area made coffee and a plate of breakfast , a staff member then in a loud voice so others could hear ….. ‘ you can’t just walk in here and help yourself to breakfast without pre booking and paying … I explained I had paid , she continued in a loud voice ‘what room are you in ‘I have my room number , she replied ‘ no you have not paid , finish your breakfast and I’ll speak to your after … I was humiliated ! I went back to my room and produced my booking document which proved my payment . No apology was offered ! Very humiliating !!

The staff were so friendly. I can’t fault anything here. Food was delicious and I loved the buffet breakfast option. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Definitely will be staying here again

The room was advertised as a delux. Certainly was not. The whole room was in a shocking state of disrepair. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Was a dismal stay. Would not recommend to anyone and we would not stay there again.

Very comfortable room, warm, clean. Pool area looked bit unkept as did an outdoor undercovered area next to our room. Staff friendly and efficient.
