The Adnate Perth - Art Series

A great little oasis at the quieter end of Hay St. Plenty of great food and coffee options nearby. I recommend Smooth Operator Coffee and Heno & Rey for a nice wine and tapas. Baha on Level 1 is a really pleasant space to relax, unwind, enjoy happy hour or get some work done. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel for me is in a perfect location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Parking is located right behind, 30 second walk. Room is spacious, clean and has a great view.

Rooms were clean, neat, well equipped and quiet. Bed was comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, excellent selection in buffet style, so of course not freshly cooked. Only criticism would be that tables be cleared and wiped a bit quicker so new patrons have a clean spot to sit without needing to ask.

Stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely time. Location is the best! Staff are all lovely and extremely helpful and kind. Thank you also for the complimentary cheese and wine platter on our final night. Will stay here again. Lovey room, best bed and extremely clean. Thank you to all the staff and see you again soon.

Excellent hotel! Bathrobes, Nespresso machine, slippers etc in a spotless modern room, at a decent price point. Good location too.

Besides the dining area the hotel is rather old and tired. It has the feeling of an old, cheaply built apartment block but with some nice art on the walls. When I visited many light fittings in the corridors were out and you couldn't get cold water through the taps.

Lovely stylish hotel and breakfast was lovely. Lost points on evening meal and overcharging. I was overcharged on three separate occasion's by three different members of staff: Additional room facilities (charged twice), food and drink so keep receipts. Also the promotions advertised on posters around the building aren’t relayed to waitresses so they had never heard of the items on menus, ultimately they weren’t available. Pool area is lovely and clean, and waiter was very happy and helpful. It needs a shower facility there however and clear policy on alcohol around and in pool: There were some loud drunk adults on a work trip, on both occasions I was there with my children. It does state on pool rules that no alcohol was to be consumed around pool, but in their defence it is advertised to promote a drink around pool. The waiter was bringing it to them in the pool too. It wasn’t the nicest experience as I just wanted to relax for an hour. At one point myself and another guest were trying to relax with a book and kept getting splashed when they were jumping in in the end I had to leave as they were talking about inappropriate things very loudly with my child right next to them. I couldn’t complain as the waiter was encouraging it. Overall, the above didn’t spoil our experience and I would still recommend it for a couple of nights. The issues seem to be down to communication as opposed to facilities.

Wonderful

The hotel itself was nice and well kept. The hot water system is very touchy, any time anyone flushed the toilet on our floor the shower would go scolding hot. There are flyers all around the hotel for the restaurant menu, but when asking staff what one of the images were, they said they no longer do it. We sat in the restaurant while we waited for a pool chair to come available despite four chairs being empty with just towels on. Staff didn’t want to disturb the peace and remove the towels so others could use the pool while those patrons had gone to the gym and eating inside the restaurant. It’s a great little location though, away from the hustle but surrounded by restaurants and bars.
