Marvelous. The location is quite strategic. We were given the room that sits close to the elevator, which was a relief as we had to drag our luggage on the carpeted floor. Thank you for being so accommodating during our stay. Would definitely stay here again when we have the chance to come back to Sydney. Keep up the great work!

Clean and comfortable room, when I had an issue with the bathroom tap, they moved me to a new room straight away with a bigger bed too. Nice staff and super close to a train station that’s only 2 stops from CBD. I’d go again.

I couldn't fault the property or staff. Stayed for 1 night to attend a christening in crows nest. Great location. Well maintained hotel that feels five star. Spacious rooms with plenty of living space, comfortable beds and pillows. Speedy check in and check out. Helpful, cheery staff when enquired about cafes being open on Sunday mornings.

Room was clean and comfortable, and with staff friendly. It was winter when I stayed and the room was cold. Unable to adjust the heating and no extra blankets in the room (called reception but no answer to request additional). There was also very loud music coming from somewhere (perhaps the restaurant one level below) that played until 1am. Without these two negatives, it would have been an excellent stay.

Great location across the road from the Metro. Very clean, staff very helpful. We stayed 4 nights, and had a room which overlooked rooftop garden internally - only complaint was the room was a little dark and with the limited outlook. Next time would request a street facing room. Very good value for money though. Would stay again.

Parking is through Wilson, and as per usual with them, is very expensive ($45 for 14hr over a Sunday night). Location is not inspiring. Staying in the CBD near Darling Harbour or Circular Quay is way more appealing. Couldn't even buy a coffee on a Sunday morning as no nearby cafe's open. The room was spotless but no teaspoons provided meaning I couldn't eat my cereal, annoying inconvenience. Does not inspire another visit in the future.
