Marvelous. The location is quite strategic. We were given the room that sits close to the elevator, which was a relief as we had to drag our luggage on the carpeted floor. Thank you for being so accommodating during our stay. Would definitely stay here again when we have the chance to come back to Sydney. Keep up the great work!

Clean and comfortable room, when I had an issue with the bathroom tap, they moved me to a new room straight away with a bigger bed too. Nice staff and super close to a train station that’s only 2 stops from CBD. I’d go again.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean for our two night stay. Parking was easy (though tight and very low clearance) and the hotel was accessibly directly from the car park.
My only gripe was that our room was facing the building’s air conditioner unit which was quite noisy throughout the stay.
If we were to stay in a different room, I’d probably stay again as the hotel is well located and directly opposite the Victoria Cross metro station. Worth noting that on the weekend, there are few options for eating out immediately around the hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable, and with staff friendly. It was winter when I stayed and the room was cold. Unable to adjust the heating and no extra blankets in the room (called reception but no answer to request additional). There was also very loud music coming from somewhere (perhaps the restaurant one level below) that played until 1am. Without these two negatives, it would have been an excellent stay.

Stayed for 1 night to attend a christening in crows nest.
Great location.
Well maintained hotel that feels five star.
Spacious rooms with plenty of living space, comfortable beds and pillows.

Continuous Terrible smell from room, pillows & bed were so uncomfortable which disrupted sleep for everyone. Staff attitude was such that we were the last person they wanted on earth to board the hotel. Not sure how this hotel is keeping up with any competition in a busy city like Sydney.
