We had a great stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. While the property is a little dated, everything was clean and functional, and it didn’t affect our stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making check-in and check-out easy.
The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, which was very convenient for preparing meals during our stay. Parking was also easy and secure, which made travelling by car hassle-free.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We’d be happy to stay here again.

We had a 3-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. Had a good view out to sea between buildings. Secure basement parking was easy to access. Our apartment had two bathrooms, one was an ensuite. Daily towel change and bed making (although ours was missed a couple of times but not an issue).
A great pool overlooking the esplanade, with pool towels supplied on request.
Check in and out, and any request were super easy and helpful.

I've lived in Australia for ten years, and this is my fourth holiday in Cairns. I usually stay in the suburbs, but this time I specifically chose this five-star serviced apartment in the city center.
The apartment's facilities and location are excellent. However, I find it hard to understand: I booked the room three months in advance and prepaid everything. I arrived during Cairns' off-season, and the apartment was less than 50% occupancy. Why was I assigned to a room on the ground floor, in the very last row of the building? Only one room in the entire building faces the entrance reception window—yes, the one assigned to me. Everyone entering and leaving the apartment, opening and closing doors, and walking through the garden affected me. Furthermore, there was a strange sewer smell permeating the room.
It's truly baffling that I was assigned such a room during such a low occupancy period in the off-season.

Great location opposite the esplanade, very clean and well equipped apartment, and well maintained, friendly reception staff. Daily service to the apartment.
A topper on the beds would be more comfortable, they were a little hard but ok. Our apartment was on the ground floor and you could hear some noise from the upper apartment. Mobile reception was not great.
