Very nice property and the rooms and layout for the W at Darling Harbour are beautiful! Great views too as we had a room overlooking Darling Harbour.

Absolutely loved my stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the bar had great options as well. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Breakfast amazing and staff very professional especially Naomi and Katy. Front desk concierges ( sorry forgot his French name!!) expert and knowledgeable with the town restaurants and tour guide. Even he showed us how to use the electric bicycles. Thank you all great job.

First time staying here will definitely be back service was amazing. Our fight got cancelled we ask for a later check out they managed to do that for us so much appreciate it. Thankyou so much for a amazing stay…☺️🥰🙏

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only comment is no access to toilets at the wet deck. They were through at the bar and then the bar had into not come in wet. Very strange! Also that the wet deck closed at 5:30. That was a shame! We couldn’t enjoy it.
