Pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was! Had a quick layover and needed a hotel for less than 14 hours. Didn’t want to spend a lot and wasn’t expecting much. I was wrong! Hotel sent a taxi on their dime to pick me up from the airport since the shuttle wasn’t running. Room was very clean and full of amenities. Hotel staff recommended the perfect excursion for my short time. Didn’t check out fitness area or dining room but both seemed top line. It’s fairly far from the happenings of Brussels if you are wanting to fully experience the town but perfect for a quick trip when staying close to the airport is priority. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable Hotel Staff is excellent Breakfast buffet is pricey Enjoyed the early morning coffee and light snacks if you need to leave early. This was the only Hotel we visited that had that option. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay an the NH Brussels Airport. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the train station. Upon arrival, they had a complimentary water and snack station at check in, they also provided baked goods early in the morning for check out. We stayed in a family room, it was extremely clean and had toiletries available. We arranged an airport shuttle upon check in and check out was very smooth. I'd recommend staying here if you're looking for a place near the airport or public transportation outside the city.

Almost everything about the hotel was great especially the staff. The drawbacks were the bed was very firm…which is really not to our taste. The other was the breakfast. While there was much from which to choose, the items we selected were mediocre at best. It all looked tasty but the quality was average which was a disappointment. I cannot compliment the staff enough though. They were friendly, helpful and everything one hopes to interact with upon arriving or departing a hotel. The airport shuttle is a bonus. Also, the train into the city center is conveniently located across the street from the hotel. The hotel is eco friendly too so another plus.

This was a quick unplanned stay due to flight interruption. The phone number we had did not get us an airport shuttle, but the airport information staff called for us. They sent a taxi to get us. The morning shuttle was good. We couldn't find any close option for dinner so ate at the hotel. Dinner was fine, but seemed a bit overpriced.

Stayed for one night at the end of a city break to be near the airport for our return journey. Located next to a mainline train station, the hotel also offered free transfer to the airport. The room was beautifully presented with effective black out blinds. As well as usb points for phone charging, the room was equipped with a mini fridge. The buffet Breakfast was sumptuous with a choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, croissant, toast and fried food. Service by all staff was exceptional. There was a gym on site but we didn’t make use of it. The booking was made through hotels.com, purchased via Tesco Clubcard.
