The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Check in was easy and fast. The only thing to know is that there is no elevator or luggage carts available. The parking is free and there is a Tim Hortons in the lot. The access to restaurants and shopping is less than a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay again.

They have one of the most comfortable beddings I’ve ever had, I wish I could sleep in my room for 3 days. Also the hair shampoo and conditioner were great, for picky haired person like me it’s surprisingly good.

Everything was perfect. One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Only one thing I would like to suggest is to put grab bars in the tub for seniors. I should have checked before booking as I could have brought my shower stool.

I made a reservation on expedía for last night 12th). Somehow they had me down for 13th. I had to buy a new roo and i certainly so t be staying there tonight. I’m on the ride to conquer cancer and have a room in Hamilton tonight.

At first I was given a room that was so hot and had sheets that were not clean. There was a dead bug and hair in the bed. However when I complained they moved me to a new room that was cleaner but this property needs to improve their standards of clean. If I wasn’t desperate to sleep I would not have stayed there. I did not feel safe. Someone even tried my door in the middle of the night.

It was very-very noisy! I couldn't sleep all night at all! I was suggested then another room. but it is also noisy, a little bit less. I think about leaving it.

So i only had my health card and a photo of my driver's license for id so the guy at the front desk said I couldn't get my room because of my id situation so I basically lost my $ for the room and never got to use the room but another hotel took the same id he refused to take
