I like the staff at the hotel. They were accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and there was no infestations or mold etc. Most items were in good working order. The breakfast was a little strange. Hardboiled eggs instead of scrambled which I didn't like. The eggs were so hot that I had to wait until almost the end of breakfast to crack them open and eat them. There were no bowls for the cereal. The dining area felt unclean and not well maintained. The furniture is very old and rickety and the walls are patched in multiple places but not painted so feels very rundown. The temperature in the rooms was also an issue. There was a heater/air-conditioner but the room never maintained a steady temp. If you put the air conditioner on it was immediately freezing but the second you turned it down or off the room was stifling. Made for a very inconsistent sleep. The train is also right outside your window so that added to the sleep problem. Since we were staying in the hotel for only a couple of nights while our nearby apartment was worked on we left as soon as we had word that the work was finished which ended up being 3 am in the morning. That's how eager we were to get a proper night's rest. Overall I think this place is good if you want clean and budget friendly but my family and I won't be returning since it wasn't the best of stays.

Cute rooms, but not enough chair to sit. Bathroom was not properly clean, bugs were coming out. Toilet was a bit loose. We can hear doors closes other than that the location is centric. Reception staff were nice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, well maintained, clean, comfortable rooms. Adequate free parking. Only issue was breakfast selection and limited breakfast seating. Otherwise excellent for the price. Will stay again. Very close to sky train station.
