Staff great. breakfast amazing.

The cooked breakfast which we paid for was terrible. It I’d doubtful that the scrambled eggs that had an almost rubberized texture never saw a chicken. Thankfully there were cereal and bread alternatives. This was not the quality I have experienced in other Hilton hotels. Staff were excellent, the room was clean.

This is my second time at the Double Tree and it is a wonderful hotel. Food is great, staff members are lovely. It is a beautiful and clean and well-maintained. I will likely stay again in the future, but I will probably bring my own pillow and an extra blanket. I found the pillows too soft and I like a blanket tucked up to my chin which I couldn't do. I ended up not sleeping very well, and my back was a little sore the next day. Both times I stayed at the hotel there were dozens of children (around 9-12 years old) running around the lobby unsupervised making lots of noise and that was a little frustrating. I think they were hosting junior sports teams for events, and that wasn't the restful vacation I was hoping for.

Everything was perfect! Absolutely loved our room! Like an apartment. Only wished we were staying longer to enjoy it more. Great staff!

Honestly, super friendly staff! We had a great room with AC & a great shower. Breakfast Buffett we heard was awesome, but because I’m celiac I stuck to the menu and they were very aware of my situation and accommodating. Great location as well!

Enjoyed breakfast and dinner during our stay, as well as the lounge. Everything was delicious and portions large. Rooms are large and well furnished. Staff were most helpful. And, there are warm chocolate chip cookies when you check in!

Check in was slow, but room was clean and quiet and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was $8 per day fee. McDonald’s would have been better value. Tv in living area of suite was non functional. Maintenance tried 3 times to fix but were unable to do so. First days breakfast great but I couldn’t get the server in my area’ attention to get a second cup.

The property has been renovated and is nice . The lobby is welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is worth the up charge because the hotel is quite isolated and if it offered a good selection of freshly prepared food . Most of the staff we interacted with were pleasant . The housekeeping service in our room was unacceptable. I cant recommend this Hilton based on our experience.
