This property was perfect for our trip to Vancouver BC. Very close to the sky train(walk across the street) 30min to Downtown. Food options are nearby. For this trip the only negative was the hot tub was not functioning, but the pool was warm.

Terrible customer service. Extremely overpriced. Mediocre offerings. Air conditioning is 4ft away from the bed and is unbearably loud. Breakfast buffet was pathetic and unappetizing, and priced well above average. I will never stay at executive plaza again.

Had to request to change rooms because the first one had a HUGE DISGUSTING FLY roaming around as soon as we entered the room. We spent the first 10 min trying to let it out and my husband had to just kill it. YUCK!! The room also smelled of extremely hazardous chemical odor which was very strong it gave me a headache. It was a dingy room (#703), the mirrors were clearly visible with stain and front door. This room was smaller than the other 2 beds and it was stuffy and muggy. The second room was okay, bit bigger, but the bathroom vent was SO LOUD it would wake us up. The table lamp was flickering through the night along some circuit glitch ALL NIGHT LONG. VERY ANNOYING. An older building with patched up ceilings in the rooms (probably from leaks). The whole building is old, dingy and stuffy. Can be noisy downstairs lobby & outside with restaurant. Beds were nice and firm. Other than that, I WOULD NOT come back here. The view is not pleasant.

It was the cheapest place because of Fifa. Nice area lots of food options. They're a bit stingy with water. Only 1 water bottle per day.

My only gripe and it's a petty one at that. Is that if you order food from an outside source you have to leave the room to meet them in the lobby because they can't get up to the floor without a card. Security is premium, yet this one thing is a peeve a very very mild peeve. Everything else is amazing. The fig restaurant attached is however not worth the money or time. Go to the put next door, way better food and service.

The property was well kept and very clean. We recently stayed for 2 nights and one of the things that attracted me was the hot tub. The hot tub was closed when we got there and I inquired if it would be open the following day, the front desk advised that it has been closed for a year. I also inquired about directions to get to a particular mall. She gave me vague directions and said I may have to walk alot once off the train. I was not provided any written directions on trains to use or which way to walk once off the train.
