La chambre n’était pas très propre et l’odeur était désagréable. Le bain-douche était salle et l’eau montait lorsqu’on se douchait. C’était dégoûtant!!! Il n’y avait pas suffisamment de serviettes et de papier hygiénique pour quatre personnes. Le déjeuner était très basique et chaotique. Il y avait beaucoup trop de personnes dans un petit espace. Le seul point positif de cet hôtel c’est qu’il est situé près des attraits. Nous pouvons nous y rendre à pieds. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel :(

The beds were comfortable and room was clean, but the shower curtain needs replaced or bleached because it had a light pink rim of pink mold at the bottom and towels were old and thin. The staff seemed nice. There weren’t any real amenities. They offered breakfast until 9am on the weekend, which I felt was an early end for breakfast on a weekend, so we weren’t able to take advantage of it. If you are looking for a basic room in a motel, it’s adequate.

Our room smelled like the guests before us or something unpleasant. Then a staff member had to come to our room to look into an issue - no hot water. I was instructed to turn on the faucet and let it run for ten minutes!! She made a call and tried some tinkering only to discover that the tap was labelled incorrectly, something I had tested but didn’t wait long enough to figure out. There was an unkempt couch in an open round space that didn’t make much sense. The dark, stand in shower had no shelf to put anything on. Trying to watch a show was pointless since the wifi kept cutting out. No phone in the room despite it being listed as an amenity on the website. At the end of my stay, I noticed their website said guests could SAVE 15% “at the end of their stay”. According to the receptionist that would only apply to my next visit or if I had booked through their website but nowhere does it state that. Furthermore, she would not contact a manager to assist me. Dissatisfied 🙁

The room was clean and orderly, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, I found the bedding had an unpleasant odor that was offensive to me. I also experienced a problem with the shower because the hot water stopped coming while I was bathing. The hotel advertises a free continental breakfast, but it was very limited, consisting only of cereal, muffins, toast, and hard-boiled eggs. I understand this is a low-budget hotel, so some of what I experienced may be expected at this price point. My biggest disappointment was the pricing. Expedia advertised the same room (2 Queen Beds) for July 19–20 at $96 total, including taxes. Because I booked four days earlier, I was charged about $130 instead. When I raised this concern, the staff were polite but unable to adjust the price. Overall, the hotel is acceptable if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay and have modest expectations, but there is room for improvement in the bedding, hot water reliability, breakfast selection, and pricing consistency.

I’m really not sure how this motel received such high ratings. First, parking was an additional $20, which was not clearly disclosed before booking. The listing also did not make it clear that this was a motel rather than a hotel, which was what I believed I was booking. The room was sparse and outdated, with absolutely no amenities. There was no iron, no blow dryer , no coffee maker, and barely one towel per person (no face/hair towel). There were also no basic toiletries other than a packet of shampoo/conditioner in 1. The Wi-Fi was spotty, and the TV frequently glitched. I’ve stayed at many hotels in this price range, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences. I would not stay here again.
