Coming to this stay, I was a little sketched out as there was quite a bit of reviews on it being unclean and the staff being unhelpful. It was a relatively cheap option so I sort of wanted to test my luck. On first inspection of the room, it was way better than I expected. The toilet was a little dirty underneath the seat but that is the only complaint I have in terms of cleanliness. For the staff, no complaints. If there was an issue I had felt the need to communicate with them about I have zero doubt they would fix it. The breakfast had some good and relatively healthy options. The sitting area was a little small so my girlfriend and I had to go back to our room. Parking didn’t seem to be much of an issue. If you are looking for a cheaper, stay relatively close to the Falls and Clifton Hill, I recommend this place.

Very nice

For a Budget hotel. The room was clean the Staff were friendly. Checking in and out was easy. The Continental breakfast was a nice addition. It ain't the Ritz....but it's a fraction of the price.

They let us check in early and room was clean. You can tell they are working on getting it better. I would stay there again

Room was good except the mould around the windows. Takes a long time to get hot water to come through the taps beside that everything else was great.

Great front desk and customer service...Will surely recommend for family friendly environment.

For what you paid, that's what you get. No cable TV, just Roku TV with streaming services. No coffee maker or microwave, there is a mini fridge that works. Mattress was OK at best, it could be of better quality. Maintenance could be better. No toilet paper holder, but 2 rolls of paper on the bowl. It was alright for what it was. If you're looking for a reasonably priced room, then I would say, stay here. It serves the purpose. Make sure you read the fine print, you pay for parking there, even if you book a room. $20 + HST, and I think that's per night.

The place is clean, staff courteous. Stayed one night, close to Niagara Falls.

Unless you really badly need a place to stay I wouldn’t recommend it. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot was already full. I asked front desk if there’s any parking at all and he said yes and that he would show me once we check in and pay $20 for parking. He ended up not having any parking so he asked if I can just park on the parking lot entry. When I said no he gave me his parking spot. The front desk guy did what he can but owners really need to figure this out. As soon as I walked into my hotel room there was a foul smell that smells fermented. Toilets were not clean it was dirty on the side of the bowl.

Very nice room that was in great condition. Very clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great as well as the water temperature. Staff were very polite and accommodating allowing us to leave our car on site after checking out. Great location.

Black particles falling out of air conditioner all over on the floor. It was greasy. Towels were so thin and non absorbent. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Coffee was terrible at breakfast. No coffee makers in the room which is disappointing. The whole area outside smelled like pot so couldn't sit outside.
