The pool and hotel grounds are absolutely stunning, beautifully landscaped, and impeccably maintained. The location is excellent, with just a 15-minute walk to downtown through a gorgeous park. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The overal atmosfére is vibrant and happy. We drive here from Calgary every year, sometimes twice a year, to relax, enjoy the amazing pool, and explore the beautiful Shuswap area. It has become one of our favorite places, and we always look forward to coming back.

Love this place. Great Staff...great pool...beds comfy and clean. Only thing I'd love better is if they'd make the pool adults only lol

The pool was lovely and the food at the on site restaurant was delicious. The room was a little old and tired but the beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful.

The pool was amazing the kids absolutely loved it! The hot tub was very dirty with debris. The ice maker was useless and there was a sign saying not to fill up your coolers when in all honesty you could never it took about 5 minutes to get my cup full for a drink. No coffee in the lobby which was very weird.

It definitely wasn't perfect but was okay. Daily in bathroom I was killing bugs or picking up dead bugs. I asked for room service they said they would put me on list but somehow my room was skipped. Outdoor pool and temperature was great.

This hotel is definitely deteriorating. The fridge in our room was broken but still in place - the hotel had placed a second fridge in the corner of the room as a replacement. The shower liner had gaps in several places that allow water to leak through into the wall behind. The metal entrance door was corroded through along the bottom (like most of the room doors). The microwave door would not open unless we unplugged the electrical cord. The pool area is oddly well maintained and a real hidden gem but overall the hotel is a clear case of neglect and reluctance to maintain the quality it was known for under the previous ownership. The manager advised us that ownership is now a Chinese offshore investment group, which coincides with what we have seen in other hotels owned by Chinese offshore investors. On a good note, we had a great experience at the onsite Fork Seasons restaurant. Fantastic food and amazing service by the one lady who somehow managed to take excellent care of all the customers by herself. Notably and now understandable, this restaurant is not owned by the hotel- it’s a privately locally owned business that uses the space in the hotel. Obviously we won’t be staying there anymore.

Nice place , rooms were a bit dirty , especially underneath the desks and such. Sink was clogged , pillows were not great. The grounds were very nice , pool was excellent if you can get a chair. Definitely not enough space to put more unfortunately. We just sat on the terrace most of the time as we had a nice ground floor unit.

Stopped in for one night on a Father Son trip. Check in was easy and the room was clean. The beds were a little firm for my son but not bad. We were on the ground floor which had a patio that opened onto the pool. The pool was nice with a small hot tub. Overall a nice place to stay. I’d go back.

All in all it was a good stay! Its been years since I've been here and the rooms used to be super cute with rock walls in the bathroom, mine didnt have that. 4pm check in tho I found to be super ridiculous.

Room was dirty. Bugs in the shower. Something all over the bottom sheets. Not sure what it was. Paid for pool view. Didn’t get one. Complained and was told they upgraded us to a ground level room because we couldn’t check in until after 4pm. Will never be back.
