The person at check-in gave early check-in to many people except us. The lady before me got it and people who came after me got it. Nobody offered to inform us in case rooms are available before 4 PM. I think this could have been handled better. Property is nice. Definitely stay again.

Check-in was ok. Our room was not ready. Not a big deal. But since we paid with Expedia it almost felt like they gave us a substandard room. The beds were horrible. I have booked a lot of business into this exact hotel and always was given upper floors. This room was on the second floor and like I said both beds were really bad. My friend who slept on one queen bed and I on the other, we both woke up with sore backs. Everything was not bad about this hotel though, we enjoyed the pool and the Tulip restaurant food was exceptional.

1 King size room seemed cramped in size. Conveniently located to good restaurants, a grocery store across the street and a Tim Hortons for breakfast if you don’t choose the breakfast buffet.

There was noise overnight and we called twice to complain. I felt they should’ve offered some money back or something in the am because of the noise at 2AM. No one offered anything Won’t be rushing back next time I’m in town Also if you bring a car the parking lot only takes cars that are 5’9 and lower. Not end of the world but kind of an awkward underground parking lot

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate with new Keurig and television. Very comfortable king sized bed, clean floors and clean bathroom with modern fittings.

The hotel is located to several amenities. There's a Tim Horton's a few steps away. A grocery store is right across the street. There are many restaurants close by. Many attractions such as Parliament Hill, Royal Canadian Mint, Bank of Canada Museum and Byward Market are within walking distance. We had no problems with our room being cleaned daily.

Quick easy check in, very very busy lobby and hotel area though during the day. There were people and luggage and racks of things all over the place. Created a bit of a hectic and chaotic environment but otherwise was a very lovely stay.
