There was noise overnight and we called twice to complain. I felt they should’ve offered some money back or something in the am because of the noise at 2AM. No one offered anything Won’t be rushing back next time I’m in town Also if you bring a car the parking lot only takes cars that are 5’9 and lower. Not end of the world but kind of an awkward underground parking lot

Clean hotel all around, friendly (and bilingual) staff, close to everything downtown.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate with new Keurig and television. Very comfortable king sized bed, clean floors and clean bathroom with modern fittings.

Convenient parking garage.

Typical hilton garden inn, but of a higher class as it’s in the downtown core. Normally priced at $200-$300 its a good hotel.

The room nice spacious for my family. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is located to several amenities. There's a Tim Horton's a few steps away. A grocery store is right across the street. There are many restaurants close by. Many attractions such as Parliament Hill, Royal Canadian Mint, Bank of Canada Museum and Byward Market are within walking distance. We had no problems with our room being cleaned daily.

Quick easy check in, very very busy lobby and hotel area though during the day. There were people and luggage and racks of things all over the place. Created a bit of a hectic and chaotic environment but otherwise was a very lovely stay.

Room was clean, location is great and the staff are friendly. The curtains are a bit old and slightly torn, wish there are real glassware instead of plastic cups in the bathroom

Many coffee pods in room but only 2 creamers, not enough... Paid at check but wasn't told there was a $50 security deposit and wasn't given a bill or receipt. Had to ask for it at check out
