Hilton Lac-Leamy

A great hotel. Kinda pricey but perfect if you also plan time at the casino.

Food/room service was excellent, however rooms are dated and lacking simple amenities like bar fridge (was available by request) or microwave, kettle etc. Had a one bedroom suite, but the AC unit in the main room did not work (tech came and said it was working, but it was very obviously not even turning the fan on). We decided not to change rooms as it was too much hassle with children and wasn't a particularily warm day. Decent overall stay, however, the price is unjustified. More like a 3.5 star property.

Beautiful rooms, well laid out, fantastic amenities, and a great place to take the family. Close to the ski Hill and spa and in the late spring, bungee, jumping and other activities. We will definitely be back.

We had the best time. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Front deck staff was amazing. Thank you! Breakfast buffet was so delusions. Worth every penny. Will definitely be returning.

Nice hotel

It would have been nice, to have a bottle of water in the room. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Dirty room. GUM from previous guest stuck to the hand receiver telephone in room. Careless staff, the first night before leaving for dinner we showed phone of nasty "gum" stuck to telephone in room from previous guest. We were told they were going to have it cleaned changed and nothing was done. When we checked out the following day I had to bring that nasty telephone to front desk.

I recently stayed at Hilton Lac-Leamy for two nights with friends and would rate the experience 4 stars. The hotel itself is beautiful. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are stunning, the property is well maintained, and the valet staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of our visit. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. We arrived around 11:00 p.m. after driving from Hamilton and were informed that the room we had booked through Expedia was no longer available. What made this more frustrating was that we had called the hotel earlier that day to confirm our reservation and were told everything was in order. We were advised that the issue was related to Expedia and was outside of the hotel's control. While I understand that booking issues can happen, guests should not be left carrying the consequences after receiving confirmation. After waiting about 30 to 40 minutes, we were placed in a suite with one king bed and a sofa bed. My two friends shared the bed while I slept on the sofa bed, which was uncomfortable and left my back sore the next morning. I would like to recognize Alphosine, who handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. She offered complimentary breakfast for both mornings and waived the usual credit card hold. Her efforts helped improve what was otherwise a frustrating start to our stay.

My dogs were welcome which was one of the most important part of the trip. The Casino is located beside the hotel so it’s great. Pool & whirlpool are super clean, friendly staff. The rooms are perfect, good quality mattress, lots of pillows, great coffee, great cleaning staff, overall super friendly staff. Great food!!! Everything is great except parking because of the casino there’s a lot of cars (even though the parking lot is super big) so most of the time you’ll have to walk a lot from your car to the hotel or pay the valet parking.
