This review pertains to the policy decisions made by the Hotel itself. My spouse and I had to cancel our stay because of a last minute health issue on the day of our stay. We notified the hotel and requested a credit/refund so we could reschedule (even though we were cancelling less than 24 hrs prior to stay). We had also prepaid our breakfast for the following day. The hotel decided they would NOT honor our request and so, we lost our money and were not able to reschedule. This was supposed to be a nice 26 wedding anniversary stay but for unexpected medical reasons we couldn’t attend. Needless to say, I will never EVER book with this hotel, or any other Hilton brand in the future, and will be sharing my experience with others. This hotel management staff showed no compassion for their customers whatsoever.
