The room was very nice and the beds may be one of the comfiest beds that I have ever slept in. The staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

My early check-in was not accomodated. I was given a room that looked nothing like the advertised picture. It was dark and faced a terribly looking interior courtyard. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. I felt like I was staying at a homeless shelter. I'm not sure I would recommend this hotel as I was really disappointed in my stay and did not feel comfortable here.

We stay there almost every time we go to Montreal. The staff is always courteous. The rooms always clean. We were wondering what happened to the furniture that used to be in the rooms. There were no dressers, no coffee table and only 4 chairs at the dining room table.
