The hotel is very well located, near shopping malls and lots of restaurants and about 10 minutes drive from Old Quebec. The rooms are nice and no carpet. Everything seems to have been upgraded. There is filtered water fountain next to the reception desk which is convenient. The also have a heated indoors pool but i didn't go. We really enjoyed the free breakfast, it had plenty of options and places to sit. The check-out at noon was really nice aswell!

Very noisy hotel! Very 'poor' breakfast! Little bathroom. Bed linen did not smell good... Honestly, i will not be back and i don't recommend. Very expensive for what you get.

Nice people, very helping and courteous. The room is nice and clean but they have a system to clean the room over 4 days. At this time they have a construction in the street in the front. Breakfast is good. Thanks to Billy and all the other nice and helpful people. Plenty of parking. I will go back to this hotel.

We stayed for one night, to explore the city. The room (king size bed) was very spacious and clean for a couple. The AC was already on when we got in the room, but it was very hot in the hallways. It didn't smell bad, the floor wasn't covered in carpet and we didn't hear the highway all night. We did hear the room upstairs of us until midnight, but there were a lot of families with young children in the hotel. The breakfast was actually incredible. It was a hot buffet with quite a few choices, such as scrambled eggs, sausages, different breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, pancakes, fruits, yogourts, toast and cereal. We enjoyed it. Parking was easy and accessible. We were able to park in the covered parking (for free) which was near our room. We used the pool a bit, but many children were there as it was vacation. We feel the hotel staff should have warned the parents to watch their children since they were doing cannonball and splashing water, but the pool area was clean. The whole hotel was clean. We will definitely go back when in Québec City.

La chambre et la salle de bain était très propre. Parcontre nous avons trouve une petite colonie d'insectes dans un garde robe. Le personnel a changé notre chambre aussitôt. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le stationnement sur place et beaucoup de places disponibles. L'hôtel est bien situé a une bonne distance en voiture de plusieurs places que nous avions besoin d'aller au vieux Québec et de nombreux magasins a proximité. Le Déjeuner est bien mais pas plus de deux fois il manque un peu de variétés.

Chambre propre et lit confortable. Avoir le stationnement et le petit déjeuner inclus est un gros plus. Bien situé et facile d’accès. Malheureusement plutôt mal insonorisé (j’entendais marcher les clients dans la chambre au-dessus). À plus de 300$ la nuit (tous les frais inclus), je me serais attendu à mieux de ce côté. Pas beaucoup de pression dans la douche et drain de lavabo partiellement bouché… Dans l’ensemble, c’est un hôtel recommandable.

Le personnel était tres courtois et serviable. La stationnement gratuit est un grand plus. Le déjeuner inclus également. Malheureusement les chambres manquent d'amour et la propreté laisse beaucoup a désirer. Rideaux de la chambres avec de grosses taches jaunes. Murs de la douche avec taches de moisissure...Manette de la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas..

Nous avons dormi une nuit dans l’une des chambres deluxe comprenant un très grand lit et une vue sur la ville. Je dirais qu’en général, ce fut un bon petit séjour. La chambre était propre, bien entretenue, spacieuse et le lit était confortable. Puis, la vue sur les collines par la grande fenêtre de notre chambre était magnifique, malgré que ce n’était pas la ville. Cependant, la chambre voisine était bruyante (cris d’enfants, coups sur le sol, parents qui parlent fort) et cela nous a empêché de dormir. À 23h j’ai appelé l’accueil, car nous avions marché toute la journée et essayions de dormir (le but d’un hôtel…), mais étions constamment éveillés à cause des bruits. L’employé a appelé dans leur chambre, mais les bruits ont à peine cessés. Nous avons tout de même réussis à fermer l’œil une heure plus tard. En ce qui concerne le buffet déjeuner, l’on trouve que ce n’était pas très bon. Les aliments étaient tièdes et pas très attrayant. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, car c’était plein et hyper bruyant malgré l’heure (21h30). Les corridors menant aux chambres étaient plutôt sale, il y avait des draps, de la saleté et des sacs poubelles par terre. Le lendemain, seulement les draps avaient étés ramassés. C’est dommage, car le rez-de-chaussée était super propre à notre arrivée. Vu tous les points, l’on donne une note de 3/5 à l’hôtel. Je crois que si l’on avait eu une meilleure chambre, la note aurait été plus haute. Ce fut quand même un bon moment 🙂

Notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyé durant notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner offert dans notre forfait était de piètre qualité et offrait un choix très limité. Aucun verres de vitre ou verres de vin disponibles à la chambre.
