Nice and clean hotel

Nice overall hotel, good location. Our floor didn’t have elevator access, which made moving luggage uncomfortable.

Rooms are great, very clean. Very little noise from the hallway. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing that I can say is the construction makes it hard to get around.

Room was great, everything was clean and the breakfast was great compared to other hotels with free breakfast. Only 15 mins into old town and conveniently on the highway. Would stay again!

Tout allait bien jusqu'à ce que je recoive une visite inattendue et non désirée à ma porte. Pour faire une histoire courte, une personne que je ne désirait pas voir a su que je serait à cet hotel. Je n'ai pas donné mon numéro de chambre à aucune personne et devinez quoi... cette personne a décidé de se présenter à l'hotel. À 22h00 cette personne était en train de cogner à la porte de ma chambre d'hotel...mais ca se fait? Croyez le ou non mais la personne à la réception a dilvulguez mon numéro de chambre à cette personne.... j'en revenait pas. J'ai demandé à un autre receptionniste le lendrmain c'etait quoi la politique pour ce genre d'information. Il m'a confirmé que c'est strictement INTERDIT de donner le numero de chambre d'un client. Poyr vrai j'était choqué. Je vais regulierement à cet hotel, mais je vais assurément chercher une autre option pour les prochaines fois.

Average hotel, and slightly overpriced for what it is. Property needs a lot of maintenance seems to be deteriorating. Nice staff overall.

Clean property and decent breakfast. Place is congested with ongoing construction, otherwise a good neighbourhood

Hot breakfast and easy parking. Very helpful staff. Construction on the street was not the fault of the hotel. We will stay there again.

L’hôtel est situé sur le boulevard Laurier. Le boulevard est un chantier de construction. Pas à recommander. Trafic et saletés. La salle de bains demande réparations: la lunette de la toilette doit être remplacée, ia ventilation ne fonctionne pas. Très petite penderie mal située, Le reste est ok.

La chambre et l’hôtel très propre. Petit déjeuner très correct. Beaucoup de stationnement. Le seul hic, il faudrait penser à laver toutes les fenêtres!!!!

Dans mon lit il y avait des poils noirs partout, ta toilette n’était pas propre, t’étage était aussi très mal propre. J’ai dû changer mon lit à 21h30. Ce fut plus que ordinaire!!!!!
