The spa was amazing. The staff very friendly and responsive. What really stood out for us was the attention by maintenance staff with a few minor issues with our room. This hotel is on our 5 star list

Staff is friendly but rooms not clean. Rooms are not done on a daily basis but every 3 days. A pair of dirty socks were left on the floor in between a chair and the desk. Bathroom garbage can was full.

There 6 nights didn't get room cleaned once. After 4 days inquired and was not following procedures I didn't know of. Them filled procedures and still room was not clean.
