We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the room was cleaned daily and we had zero issues. We were going to a concert at the Bell Centre so this was the perfect spot, being just one block away. It was also within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shopping is 1 block away on St. Catherine's Street. We went to Old Montreal twice and it was a $10 Uber but within 15-20 mins walk if you wanted to. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to the arena and Mall. Hotel restaurant and bar is wonderful. Rooms are nice with great views of downtown.

Hot tub was down due to ceiling issues so the main reason I picked this hotel over others wasn’t available, much like the elevators. Six elevators for over 30 floors. They work great during slow times of the day but we waited for over ten minutes before one came to the eleventh floor multiple times in 3 nights stay. The restaurant and bar were also not open very late. Otherwise a clean and accommodating hotel. Just wouldn’t have paid this much for a hotel without a hot tub!
