We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the room was cleaned daily and we had zero issues. We were going to a concert at the Bell Centre so this was the perfect spot, being just one block away. It was also within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shopping is 1 block away on St. Catherine's Street. We went to Old Montreal twice and it was a $10 Uber but within 15-20 mins walk if you wanted to. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is great. Clean, friendly staff. The only thing is the big rain shower heads in the shower, they’re too big and there isn’t enough water pressure for such a big rainfall shower head. The shower would have been better with a smaller shower head. You’re pretty much forced to stand right up against the wall.

Worst hotel experience in my lifetime. A faulty plumbing issue with the shower in my hotel room on my first night caused me to be scalded with extremely hot water. I was unable to use the shower on my second night.

Stains on ceiling above bed, stains on lampshades, torn up wall, white splatter all over countertops, hair conditioner bottle in shower completely empty, bedroom phone dead/not working, hot tub closed, alarm clock in the room next to me going off for 30 minutes straight at 6am. glass doors in lobby and room doors covered in greasy finger prints. You can find somewhere better for much less money
