Clean, great location.

There was no chest of drawers to place clothes for two people

Everything was good except for the elevator take forever to come up and down

Solid hotel in a good location. Lobby bar closed up on the early side, and the jacuzzi was not working during our stay so that was a bummer. Room met expectations though.

Hotel staff was very nice but turned down service was very late, which was a little inconvenient. Turn down would’ve been nice between 11 am and 3 pm but when we came back around 4:30, because of rain, we had to make due and call for more towels

J'ai pris l'offre lounge pour avoir un petit dejeuner de qualité. Très decevant. La qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous, de l'industriel, peu de variétés, rien de bio. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Elevators are a nightmare in this 37 floor hotel. We had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes each time to get down the mainfloor..No for next time..

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

For some reason we had to call the front desk for housekeeping; no one came to clean our room until we asked on our second night.

Great area to stay in. Handy to public transport. Central and walking distance to lots of attractions. Staff are brilliant. Would stay there again.

Friendly, helpful front desk. Modern, clean rooms. Only complaint is the hot tub out of service for maintenance for the duration of my stay.

Great hotel in a great location.

The room was modern, clean, and spacious (double queen). The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. We came for a concert at Centre Ball, which was only a block or so away. We even walked the mile to Old Montreal, which was easy enough in good weather. The only thing I didn’t like was the frequent loud squeaking of water pipes that occurred around the clock - not sure what that was about and if it happens at every floor level (this was on 21st floor). Also, the man tending the lower floor souvenir shop was incredibly unfriendly and we avoided the shop throughout our stay after one visit.
