My family and I stayed ant the two bedroom and we had an awesome time. My young sons enjoyed themselves and there was enough room and space for them to play. It was also 9 mins drive from blue mountain village so we were able to have the best of both worlds

Our third stay here and we had a great time. Check in time now starts at 4 pm and check out at 11 am which gets really busy. Wish they’d let guests check in a bit earlier and check out at noon like they used to but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Room was advertised with waterview but after booking was confirmed a message was received that water view is not guaranteed. Room smelled of bleach. Bed was ok. Plenty of other choices around. Wasn’t worth it for me.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I stayed here last week in another two-bedroom suite and had a great experience, which makes this even more disappointing. I am currently staying in Rooms 6111 and 6109 on a 2-day stay checking out friday May 29 , and upon entering we immediately found clumps of hair throughout the room. The carpets appear to not have been vacuumed properly, and one of the bedroom showers was absolutely filthy to the point where I had to rinse and clean it myself with the shower nozzle before using it. The balcony was also dirty and clearly not cleaned, covered with bugs and residue. Once opening the drapes, the window sills were filled with dead bugs as well. This level of cleanliness is disgusting and completely unacceptable for a resort of this standard. I am currently here right now and expect management to address this immediately. I would like a manager to contact me and provide a proper resolution as soon as possible. I am posting a few photos, including the broken screen door and the filthy conditions we had to deal with. We ended up sweeping ourselves and cleaning the showers ourselves as well. If you had seen the condition of the room before we cleaned it, it would have been even more outrageous. We are not the type to complain and understand that sometimes things can be missed, so we decided to handle it ourse

The Staff, while trying to be helpful was not well trained and it took a very long time to get any resolution for our reservations that they could not fulfill as booked. Overall the place is old and run-down… maybe 3 stars… including the rooms.
