This was a surprising stay! From the pictures online it looked like a dated, older motel. It has actually been updated and is beautiful inside! Staff was very nice and helpful. Loved that this was close to Starbucks. Would recommend staying here for a trip to Jasper!!

Great location. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Loved that Starbucks and Evils Dave’s was next door. Our room needed a good clean and updating. The faucet leaked. The crib we used was broken. Our fridge didn’t work and wasn’t replaced or fixed after asking.

The room was fine, but not worth $550 CAD/night, but this is Jasper in summer season. The staff was great. We noticed blood stains on the quilts of both queen beds. We reported it to the desk and they were very attentive in changing the quilt & sheets out immediately. They offered a free breakfast for 2 of us (we were a party of 3), but we told them we could not use it since we were departing early in the morning. We felt the cleaning staff should have noticed the quilts to begin with.

Love the location here as it’s very close to the town and we could enjoy starbuck in the morning. The property was new. Only complaint was the shower handle was a bit leaking.

We enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable beds, nice area near Evil Daves and Starbucks and the hot tub and sauna were nice after a day of hiking nearby. Our room keys suddenly stopped working after 1 day but the front desk was able to accommodate us. Would stay here again!

The property was just ok and located within a short drive to shopping/dining, while not within a short walk. It was located at the end of town and would take about 10-15 mins to walk to the heart of shopping/dining. The staff was extremely nice, but the rooms could use some upgrades to make them a little “brighter”, for lack of better words. They were just outdated. However, I would not discourage anyone from staying there. It was still convenient and clean with friendly staff.
