The good; -parking -Air conditioning -parking -quaint & quiet -wireless charger -mini fridge The less good; -staff never checks or refills amenities, towels etc. I understand one is to ask for replacement towels but it should also be part of service offered by default, theres 5 golf carts yet nobody can check in on rooms to give fresh towels? Just unimpressed. -water leakage during heavy rain storm - incredibly terribly maintained parking lot, massive holes in the asfalt so I had to drive zigzag around Notes for improvement: -having clear concise instructions on who and where to get towels, coffee pods, soap etc would be great. Rather than chasing down staff or being looked at weirdly by cleaning staff and not getting help. Power was lost for an entire day which resulted in having to stay elsewhere and spending more than we expected.

No key and very noisy

Better than expected. good location for transit. the shower head could use an update and a second mirror but that’s minor. we stayed for a week and the motel part was very nice to come and go

Clean room, comfy bed. Classic style motel but with modern refurbishment. Definitely would recommend as a good place to stay. There is a mini fridge and a Keurig.

They don’t remake your bed or give you fresh towels so be prepared to ask

Checked in for 2 nights to see a game. Wasn't expecting the top hotel for the price. Had called prior to arriving to ask if the rooms were accessible and wasn't really understood. I received a message shortly after that they were all on one level, so assumed that meant they were. They are NOT. If you are wheelchair bound, this is NOT the place for your stay. I saw one room that could be accessed by a ramp from the parking lot, directly to the door to that one room. The office has a curb with no cutout, all of the rooms are accessed off a sidewalk that has stairs randomly along the length and stairs to the parking lot at random locations. The outside has been updated and looks nice. The room we had looked like it had recently been upgraded in the bathroom and new paint in the room, clean linens on the bed. Sadly, one entire corner of the bedroom was a massive cobweb (at least 2 feet wide). The extra blankets were on a high shelf in the corner close to the cobwebs and they felt "not so clean" so we went without. There were ants coming out of the corners of the grout in the bathroom and all over the bathroom floor, which is white so easy to see... in the bedroom with the grey carpet, impossible to see but obvious when they were on the white sheets and comforter. Found 2 larger silverfish in one of the beds. Disappointed that I just was not impressed with the visit. One positive is that the beds were comfortable, if you could get past the idea of the bugs.
