Staff was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about surrounding activities and restaurants. Our view from our room of the falls were spectacular. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Loved everything about the hotel and location to everything. The Wego bus service is right at the front door and made it so easy to move around to all the attractions. Best vacation in a long time. We will be back Canada. ❤️🥰

If you’re traveling with a pet make sure you call in advance as not all rooms are pet friendly so that they can reserve it for you. Amazing staff. Parking is expensive.

Our room was beautiful!!! Well worth the money! Staff was very nice. Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready but only waited 15 minutes or so. Worth the wait!

Pool water was freezing. And the hot tub is connected to the pool so it is cold water. Not hot Gym was basic Check in staff was not a great experience. Check out was very friendly Beds comfy Pillows okay. Had to ask for toilet paper and cups for room as did not receive a room cleaning

Convenient location, parking was convenient and helpful too. Rooms are a nice size for the value. It was fun to walk around and explore the falls area too. We got a room with a good view of the waterfall which was really cool. Thanks for the good experience

Fast check-in. Clean rooms, parking on-site was $45. Way more convenient than bigger hotels. 4 min walk to the casino too. Better choice of dining around.

The View of the falls was zero to nothing at all. The air conditioning unit temperature control did not work so we had to stay with a cold room and the unit was very noisy, it was like a truck engine would come by every 10 minutes. Not worth the money.
