We booked to stay for 2 nights. The room offered had the window taped up with thick polythene so you could not see out. After raising this with reception we were offered another room but the second room amongst other things felt unclean, worn and dark so we immediately left and chose another hotel in the area. We paid upfront on a non-refundable rate and have been told they will not refund because of this so buyer beware! I felt distressed and wanted to leave immediately and unfortunately did not take any photos.

The hotel seems nice aesthetically, they put the lipstick on it to look like the mountain vibe. But the hotel is actually just very cheap. The ear plug in the bathroom was a sign. The walls are very thin, a thick curtain would be more effective. You hear everything your neighbor is saying or doing. The loudest is if the room next to you has a shower. The showers are also either way too hot or lukewarm. The hot tub was almost always closed. It works as a pitstop if you don’t plan on hanging out there too much. Use the earplugs or bring your own sleep ones.

Nice spacious room and was clean and tidy. Our only drawback was the room location. It was just beside the hot tub entrance and instead of having a nice quiet relaxing time after a busy day, we were treated to lots of commotion and loud talking. Disappointing!
