I loved the location of this hotel as it is right in the heart of the Toronto waterfront and within a short walk to the Rogers Center and other key locations. The Toronto waterfront along the Queens Quay is a wonderful area with people jogging, biking, and taking in the vibrant area. The Amsterdam Brewhouse is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and this is a very nice restaurant on the water. The hotel itself is not a high-end hotel with amenities like room service, but it is great for a relaxing stay with amazing views of the water.

Website says this hotel has Room Service. The QR code on the room includes a menu for the onsite restaurant. The phone has a Room Service button that rings (somewhere but goes unanswered). I called the front desk thinking the restaurant was busy only to be told that this hotel does NOT have room service. The walls are paper thin. The guy in the room next to me talked on his phone for 6 HOURS - 11p to 5a. Loud enough to continuously wake me up. The room was clean but had obviously been updated on a very low budget. Shower ceiling was a drop ceiling (like you'd see in offices) and the metal grid was completely rusted. But the water pressure was amazing. The breakfast in the restaurant was very tasty and the coffee was good. Servers were very friendly and helpful. If you get a lake view room during decent weather, just a heads up that there's a brewery right there on the water that is basically having an outdoor party until around 11p on a weeknight. I won't stay here again because of the lack of room service and how poorly soundproofed the rooms are - you can hear every room door close and every conversation.
