I loved the location of this hotel as it is right in the heart of the Toronto waterfront and within a short walk to the Rogers Center and other key locations. The Toronto waterfront along the Queens Quay is a wonderful area with people jogging, biking, and taking in the vibrant area. The Amsterdam Brewhouse is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and this is a very nice restaurant on the water. The hotel itself is not a high-end hotel with amenities like room service, but it is great for a relaxing stay with amazing views of the water.

Great location, lovely room (except for the makeup-unfriendly lighting in the bathroom). Breakfast (not included in the price) was excellent. The restaurant and brewery pub on the pier seems lovely but were full on the evenings I tried, do book in advance. Sadly the receptionist when I checked out was very stiff and unfriendly for some reason. No thank you or welcome back. Not sure why, maybe I missed tipping or said something wrong or whatever, surely some misunderstanding but it is nevertheless sad to leave on a sour note like that.

Excellent room with a great view. Welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast (with a view) was to-order, large portion and fairly quick serving; however if you are in a hurry it is not as fast as grabbing something from a buffet. Outdoor pool is only open in the summer season. Facilities in the room were fairly good, bed excellent. Bathroom lighting was not designed by someone who wants to apply makeup, as is too often the case. Location is awesome, by the Harbourfront close to a few restaurants and a fairly short walk from Union Station and VN Tower.

I loved the location of this hotel as it is right in the heart of the Toronto waterfront and within a short walk to the Rogers Center and other key locations. The Toronto waterfront along the Queens Quay is a wonderful area with people jogging, biking, and taking in the vibrant area. The Amsterdam Brewhouse is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and this is a very nice restaurant on the water. The hotel itself is not a high-end hotel with amenities like room service, but it is great for a relaxing stay with amazing views of the water.

Sadly the receptionist when I checked out was very stiff and unfriendly for some reason. No thank you or welcome back. Not sure why, maybe I missed tipping or said something wrong or whatever, surely some misunderstanding but it is nevertheless sad to leave on a sour note like that.
