Beautiful room.

This is the message I sent the hotel and unfortunately no one get back to me : Hi, I wanted to follow up and share a few concerns regarding my stay, particularly upon arrival. I had been relocated from another hotel due to an overbooking issue and arrived at your property quite late, around 11:50 p.m. After a long day, I was understandably tired, so dealing with multiple issues was a bit challenging. Upon check-in, my room keys did not work, requiring a return to the front desk for replacements. In the third-floor hallway near my room, there were several empty beer bottles and cans left outside. I do want to mention that the front desk clerk was very kind and cleaned the area promptly, which I appreciated. Once in the room, I noticed there were no pillows on the bed, no toiletries provided, and the room phone line does not seem to be functioning. I also wanted to mention an issue with the main coffee machine at the hotel entrance. The cups provided are too small for the quantity of coffee dispensed, and the lids do not properly match the cups. As a result, the cup was overfilled and I ended up spilling some coffee on myself. Quand je suis arrivé, il n’avait pas ma réservation. Finalement après m’avoir fâcher il la trouvé pour me dire que je l’avais annuler ce qui était totalement puisqu’ils m’ont charger la chambre à 16h06 avant mon arrivée à 22h45 sans recevoir rien comme quoi c’était annulé

Sleeping area was ok, but the bathroom is definitely neglected. Moist ceiling, dirty toilet seat, shower room had pink and black mold. Wouldn’t recommend taking a bath because the jetski had dirt. I don’t Even know if there towels are actually clean as well. Overall, wouldn’t do more than a night there

Stuff in the front desk is very nice. Iwe got 3hrs earlier before check in. She was able accomodate 3hrs before check in..

Propre et bien placé

This was my 4th visit to this hotel and the last 2 times, the room wasn't clean. This was my last time at this hotel

No services, we were told that there wouldn't be any cleaning of the room while our stay. My girlfriend had to pass the aspirator so we would have a decent room. The clerk at the front desk : " we don't have this, but we have rooms!!" last time I ever book with this hotel
