This is the message I sent the hotel and unfortunately no one get back to me : Hi, I wanted to follow up and share a few concerns regarding my stay, particularly upon arrival. I had been relocated from another hotel due to an overbooking issue and arrived at your property quite late, around 11:50 p.m. After a long day, I was understandably tired, so dealing with multiple issues was a bit challenging. Upon check-in, my room keys did not work, requiring a return to the front desk for replacements. In the third-floor hallway near my room, there were several empty beer bottles and cans left outside. I do want to mention that the front desk clerk was very kind and cleaned the area promptly, which I appreciated. Once in the room, I noticed there were no pillows on the bed, no toiletries provided, and the room phone line does not seem to be functioning. I also wanted to mention an issue with the main coffee machine at the hotel entrance. The cups provided are too small for the quantity of coffee dispensed, and the lids do not properly match the cups. As a result, the cup was overfilled and I ended up spilling some coffee on myself.
