The location is close to the train station, CN Tower, business center, etc. I stayed for quite a long time and was very helped by this apartment. Complete kitchen equipment including basic spices are also provided. The room unit is clean and easy to access. Perfect for those who want to stay in the city center

The location was incredible- everything we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. The room was great, nice view, and great for our whole family. Security was impressive- limited access to elevators and floors unless you had the correct fab. This was a bonus. Only having one key and fab among four of us was a bit restrictive. The host was amazing and super helpful.

Great location, walking distance to all attractions, clean space, would recommend.

The only improvement I would have liked to see is an ability to leave luggage at concierge prior to checking- like other hotels offer.

When we arrived at the building, there was a smell of hot garbage. Check in was easy. Housekeeping handed us the keys. We were in the low rise section of the building on the 35th floor. 2 of 3 elevators were working. We got up to our room and there was an even stronger hot garbage smell in the hallway. Large mold stain in the ceiling tiles above the door. The hardwood flooring in the room was lifted and broken in the hallway creating a trip hazard as you enter the main living area. Broken floor under the table as well. No drain plug for the tub. Had to stuff a washcloth in the drain to bath toddler. Poor water pressure. No coffee maker in the room. Washing machine was filthy. Cleaned it as best i could and ran a bleach cycle through it before we used it. The straw that broke the camels back was the cockroaches at midnight. Got up to use the bathroom and they just scurried away when the light came on. We slept with the lights on and left the next day with a night left on the reservation. They would not refund our last night. Good location but I'm sure you could find a better room for less money in similar location. Do not recommend.

Very small appartment but with amazing location!!!! 2 things to keep in mind if you stay here: 1- it is noisy even with windows closed… you hear traffic and the elevators when they go by. But then again you are smack in downtown so to be expected. 2- Waiting for elevators is a serious drag!!! Only 2 out of 3 were in operation and so much coming and going that you have to let a few go through because too full. Took the stairs down quite a few times. Overall i recommend! Clean and once again… amazing location!!

The room itself was very nice. The views were incredible! No real amenities but I found it comfortable. The TV was unusable (seems like Fire TV was there once but had been removed, only the remote remained). The elevator situation is a disaster so don’t ever be in a rush to get in or out. The location is too notch, within a few minutes walking from anything you need, including Rodgers Cebtre, the CN Tower, the Toronto Aquarium, and the Toronto Harbor. All in all, a great experience!

The location of the apartment was great however some work needs doing to the apartment. 1. The sofa bed matress is not thick enough so you can feel the bars through it 2. There was broken glass on the carpet which cut the feet of two members of our group. We then found more broken glass swept to the side of the room. No idea how cleaners could have missed this 3. The dishwasher leaks 4. There is a loose power socket which sparks when you remove a plug 5. There is paint flaking off in several places to a fairly large degree, probably the result of a water leak at some point 6. The door to the bedroom wouldnt close properly half of the time without significant force that felt like it would break it I highlighted a lot of the points above but this message wasnt responded to. They did respond much quicker on the sofabed and with confirmation of check out process. Then there are other things that would help with the stay like instructions as to whether we could use the pool, where to find this and how to access it. The views are great for the room we stayed in. The staff we did meet and speak to were really helpful. The people who live and holiday in the building were also really friendly and welcoming. Its 2 mintues from the station and an underground path takes you straight to a supermarket. Lots of good things about the stay, just address health risks as a priority (glass, leaks, loose electric sockets).

The place was clean but needs a upgrade. The couch(bed) was broken so we could not make it a confortable bed without it constantly moving. Besides, there was no pillow for the (bed). The kitchen was very low equipped. We mist a lot of stuff to use. But the most enoying thing was the fact that a strong smell of Marihuana came trough the airvents when the neighbor was smoking his joints. Overal the place was decent but me my wife and 3 kids won’t come back anymore. Unfortunately.

The location was great. The room was clean and the sheets were great. The walls had damage throughout the condo. Hopes and dents half repaired. The towel rack had been pulled off the wall three times and the holes left. Felt a bit ghetto.

Hi The Grand is actually not a hotel, it is a private apartment in a giant 50+ floor apartment building. Two bedrooms (only one with windows) and open plan sitting room/kitchen. It was a nice play to stay, especially if you are a fan of IKEA furniture. There is a roof top terrace and a swimming pool in the complex but it was not available to us -only to long stay residents. But it is in a great location, right in the middle between the two main exhibition centres of Toronto and near Grand Central Station.

Location is everything. Didn’t know the check in time was precisely 4pm- we made a quick call and got in at 3:40. We were lacking face cloths, hand towels, made another quick call and they were delivered.

The elevator situation was a major problem. There are only three low-rise elevators and three high-rise elevators right next to each other in a small cramped space. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for an elevator during peak hours, and when one finally came, it was crammed full of people. The elevators kept breaking and were frequently out of service.

The room was clean. The views were amazing. The room was as advertised. The issue: it took an hour to check in because the KeyCafe system did not work properly. The system accepted the code, but it did not deliver the key. It took many phone calls. The property managers were very helpful. They had to hand deliver a spare key to the lobby for us. However, the missed hour did lead to us missing activities in the city that we we were looking forward to enjoying.

Very nice area right in the middle of downtown Toronto. Walking distance to Hockey Hall of Fame, Scotia Bank arena and Roger’s Center for baseball. Room was quite loud as you can hear the hustle and bustle of a major metropolis. Elevator was constant noise as room was next to the elevator. Room could use improved curtains as the treatments allowed the sun into the room.

Not the room that we thought we were getting. We were put in a different condo. And we were not informed that there was a pool. We heard from other guests. But we were not given access to it. The check in process was very stressful. The room was not ready at 4pm and we had to call support and sit on hold for 20 min to talk to someone. The elevator took 15-20 min to come every time. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service. The security at the lobby was very rude and not helpful at all during the trip.
